How It Works


Customize Your Menu

Select the delicious pizzas you would like to serve your guests. You can choose as many varieties depending on your party size. Feel free to talk to us about customizing your pizza on our menu.

Worry Free Set Up

It takes us less than 15 minutes to set up and prep. Please provide an ample parking spot for our truck. We will require 3 parking spaces. We run on our own generator...it does make a small amount of noise.

Time Is On Your Side

You've got plenty of time. Unless otherwise agreed, our standard service is 2 hours of serving time.

Wheelz Comes To You

Let us know where you will be holding your event, and we will come to you. There may be a travel charge starting at $50 and up depending on your location.

There will be a charge for events outside our normal business hours.

Food minimum

There is a food minimum of $600.

Booking Our Truck

A successful event requires good planning, so please talk with us. Even if you aren't sure of the date, ask us to “pencil you in” for the dates you are considering. If we get other requests for the same time, we will consult with you first.  We request that your final number of guests be confirmed 2 weeks in advance of your event.

Wheelz Pizza Food Truck is a small, locally owned, gourmet food truck. We've kept it that way so that we can provide excellent food and personalized service. Unfortunately, it also means our calendar can become fully booked. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you.

Booking Your Event

A contract agreement is required on all events. Your event is not confirmed unless a signed contract has been received. This contract agreement simply outlines the details of the event and requires a credit card hold for the event date, a signature from the client or financially responsible party.

Cancellation Policy

Events cancelled within 10 calendar days are subject to a 50% charge on the food minimum. Events cancelled within 3 calendar days; the cancellation charge is 100% of the food minimum.

Payment Policy

Payment will be collected at the end of the event. 18% gratuity will be added to the total food bill as well as any travel or labor fees that apply.

The Credit Card on the contract will be charged unless another credit card is provided at the beginning of the event to us. All charges are subject to county food tax.
